Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, skincare must be unopened and unused, with seals intact.

How to return

Message us on WhatsApp or via the Contact page with your order number. We’ll arrange collection or drop-off in Harare.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as store credit, within 7 working days of us receiving the item. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full.
